We work on an appointment basis, and preserve the spot you select. In order to hold your spot you will put your card on file. You can cancel your appointment penalty free up until the end of the day BEFORE your appointment. If you need to cancel check our hours to make sure to let us know before we close the day BEFORE your appointment and call us at 1-272-230-6256.
If you cancel the day of you will be charged 50% of the service total you were booked for. If you no call/ No show or otherwise miss your appointment with no notice, you will be charged 100% of the service total that you were booked for.
If any any instance you are unhappy with your experience please contact management ASAP by emailing info@becsbeautyco.com. We would love to find out what happened and work to make it right!
You have the right to bring any complaints straight to management for a prompt resolution.
You cannot dispute these cancellation charges or dispute a service charge if you have not contacted management for a partial or full credit or refund. If you do dispute any charges, you shall indemnify Bec's Beauty Co for any and all costs related to the dispute. This will include a $35 fee regardless of the outcome of the dispute. If you are awarded for the dispute, you will compensate Bec's Beauty Co for the awarded amount plus the $35.
By booking an appointment whether in store, over the phone, or via online booking, you attest you have read, understand, and agree to, and will comply with the above policies, and any other policies or terms communicated to you or posted in our establishment or online.
